Kernel 6.1 is not really support rtl8852be

The kernel has the module tw8852be.c but it is not enabled in Kconfig and Makefile.

Also the rtl8852be module does not compile for kernel 6.1, the make.log is attached.

My laptop's rtl8852be was changed to ax210, so I couldn't test this branch https://github.com/vrolife/modern_laptop/tree/rtl8852be_linux_6_1
