"Experience Share (%)" does not affect the party XP dividing.

What happened?
When this value is set to 50%, the remaining XP is not divided equally among the other characters. When this value is set to 200%, It doesn't steel other characters of their XP.
What is the expected behaviour?
When this value is set to X%, then there is (100-X)% of the XP gained by the character divided equally among the other characters in the party.

This isn’t a bug.
XP is divided evenly first and then modified per the rules. Retainers result in a net loss of XP when marked at 50%. This seems to be done to avoid players hiring full squads of retainers.
XP bonuses are not taken from the total. So a bonus of 5-10% is also applied after the divided XP is applied. There is no practical instance where a character should get 200% XP.
