Auto open info window?

I have just one polygon on the water, and a very small one at that. Is it 
possible to automatically open an infowindow at page load so users can actually 
immediately see where the polygon is?

I don't wish to zoom in as the coastline needs to be visible, and have 
overridden fitBounds with maxZoom.
