Steps taken:

  1. Migrate mysql_ statements to mysqli_
  2. Move header code to separate file header.inc
  3. Remove duplicate stylesheet references
  4. Move en and nl versions to the same root
  5. Move mp.css and common db files to /resources and link en/nl to same scripts
  6. Move images to common folder
  7. Language link now leads to corresponding page
  8. Change styling:
  • Use raleway font
  • Hide footer
  • Change to modern fgw logo
  • Add simple menu to header
  • Change form and button stying
  • Move table striped styling to mp.css
