这段代码使用了v-if，但是从url_number === 0切换到url_number === 1时，第二个表格内容刷新出现错误，即第二个表格的
两列的内容变成了第二个表格附加材料列与状态列的内容，且cell内内容功能完全相同，疑似渲染清除失败，将v-if切换为v-show完美解决
