Steps to reproduce

我使用的是最新5.0.8版本的vue-cli, 通过命令vue create创建一个vue2项目, 想要在项目启动时打开默认浏览器,但是尝试了以下方式都无效

1. 尝试通过在package.json中通过命令 vue-cli-service serve --open 启动项目
2. 运行时执行命令 npm run serve --open
3. 在vue.config.js中配置devServer: { open: true }
   以上三种方法都无法在项目启动时打开默认浏览器,所使用的编辑器是vscode, 已经排除是编辑器的问题
