Vue-material with Web component

Hello,
I would like to know if vue material can be used in the conversion of Vue components into Web components using the view build --target wc command in Vue CLI.
Because during my tests, I did not correctly render the style in my web components. While the Vue components work perfectly. I also don't have errors in my console
If someone has a solution, I'm interested
