The code from Select component causes Unknown custom element: <md-menu-item> warning.

Hi, @snowinmars! I saw that in the #1974 a fixing solution was not found there. Do you have any solution for this? You can make a PR and we will put this in the next release beta-13 which will be soon.

I don't know how to fix it. I'll check it today, but the fix should be discussed at #1974.

The point of this issue is that #1974 should be reopened.

Thanks for reopening this! Any progress? Be keen to see this resolved as the global import of VueMatrial while working is blowing up some of our JS bundles which isn't ideal.
