How the project can be improved?
Oclif is the lib other companies use to build their cli, like salesforce and heroku. It standardize the way the cli is created, supports ts and it is easy to enable developers to extend the cli with plugins that can also be shared on any package manager.
What are the acceptance criteria?
- change cli implementation to use oclif
