unitegallery doesn't work with chrome

I copied files under unitegallery-master\package to Apache\htdocs.
I could visit default.html or some other pages with Edge and Firefox.
but it didn't work with Chrome.
bellow are the errors:
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token
