If WARM (a non-profit) can get it for free, what info do we need to get from WARM and pass on?

We are definitely using AWS as its the one I know.

As for cost that's a little harder. AWS has footed the bill before for non-profits but they are hard to get ahold of if you don't at least have the developer account. There may be others, I will try to update where I can.

I foresee right now the price being less than $10 a month.
