Consolidate and rearrange menus

Rearrange the menus so the menu picks that are no longer needed are removed and that pallets and boxes are more easily reached.
Originally it was thought that there would be a separate set of menus for manual entry and automated (via QR codes) entry, and the menus were set up accordingly. Now, as we are further into coding it seems better to consolidate the menus for easier use -- at least initially.
