Readme is confusing about versions

The Readme here says to use MacForge with 10.13 and above, but MacForge says it needs 10.14.

I'm on 10.13 and my machine can't be upgraded any further. It looks like I should probably use mySIMBL, because MacForge has moved its requirements a bit - but please correct me if I'm wrong.

If there's a clear right answer to my question, then it will probably be good to change something in the Readme for mySIMBL.

In fact, in my case, mySIMBL seemed to be causing frequent serious crashes, while MacForge is working fine so far.
