No tag or release for 0.7.0

My mySIMBL installation auto-updated itself to version 0.7.0. Yet there is no tag or release for 0.7.0 here on GitHub. I would have expected the creation of a tag for a version to be a prerequisite for pushing a software update to users. Please create the tag and release.
