Potentially Misunderstanding SIP disabling?

So I think there is a disconnect between the mySIMBL and my computer.

Does the green Icon indicate SIP is on or off?

Terminal indicates it is off.

Is my command wrong in Terminal?

As a result(or not?) I cannot open any plugins. (I can click Open and nothing loads/opens. Looked through processes but couldn't find anything.)

Order of screenshots is wrong, but point stands mac os High Sierra 10.13.3.

Yup currently

Green = Disabled for SIP and AMFI
Green = Installed for osax and Agent

I've changed it to check marks and added a bit of info to the text box on that page to clarify.
