With local discovered users, anyone creates a group and can share text and image contents among them.
The group owner can create, edit and delete the group.

- Now local users can create a group and can communicate with each other.
- Admin can change/edit group name and notify to other members

Group message is enabled and now it is working for the text messages. Added file sharing option in the group message and it is now alpha stage
