"high potential" in "B.2 Business Considerations"

The second bullet reads "high potential impaired by cognitive and learning disabilities and those impacted by situational impairments."

Could you please tell us what you meant to say by "high potential"?

From a business perspective, this term could be considered high value customers, decision makers and other key positions.

I suggest we avoid using the phrase "high potential" and instead replace that 2nd bullet with this new wording:

"The millions of potential customers, employees, and other key decision makers who have cognitive and learning disabilities as well as people impacted by situational impairments"
