Typos on file references in section B.4 of the model document

Hi Ivan,

I found 2 small typos on
https://www.w3.org/TR/2015/REC-tabular-data-model-20151217/#csv-files-in-a-tabular-data-package

In the green NOTE block of "B.4 CSV Files in a Tabular Data Package" it mentions:

• test.xslx
• test.xsl

This probably must be:

• test.xlsx
• test.xls

Same as the files it links to.
