TPAC 2024 planning

TPAC 2024 is planned to be held in Anaheim from 23 to 27 September 2024. These will be hybrid meetings with in-person and remote attendance.
The Media & Entertainment Interest Group plans to meet on the following dates:

- 09:05 - 10:10 Next Generation Audio codec API proposal (Bernd Czelhan, Fraunhofer IIS, Wolfgang Schildbach, Dolby) - Slides
- 10:10 - 10:20 Media Capabilities (Timo Kunkel, Dolby) - Slides
- 10:20 - 10:30 Status of Audiovisual Media Formats for Browsers CG (Timo Kunkel, Dolby, Chris Needham, BBC) - Slides

- Checking in on our current and foreseen collaboration process
There will also be meetings of related groups such as Media Working Group, Timed Text Working Group, Audio Working Group, WebTransport Working Group, Immersive Web Working Group, and Second Screen Working Group.
