MediaSession as a user-constructible object don't work.

MediaSession have no methods activate and deactivate. There is impossible to create custom MediaSession object and activate it as mentioned here.

IIUC, that section just explains that the MediaSession API could be extended to do that, but isn't currently. I'm not sure why that's mentioned in the explainer given that it's not in the spec. It should probably be removed so I'll have this issue track that
