Chop Notation Project compatability

"The Chop Notation Project " by Casey Dreissen explains the definitive system for notating chops and scrapes—violin/viola/cello techniques that have grown popular in recent years. This notation system is based off of pre-existing music notation practice but requires a few new symbols. These new symbols are fairly simple to reproduce, and they are becoming more common as more musicians turn Dreissen's work to notate chops, so it makes sense that SMuFL should accommodate this. Specifically, bow position symbols for chops and direction symbols for scrapes don't appear to have similar symbols. The existing circular scrape symbols may work, but the inward and outward scrape symbols work opposite of how arrows work, so arrows are a poor substitute. It might be good to make circular scrape symbols to match. The current up/down bow symbols work great; we just need dotted and crossed versions. See the link above for the official source on how these should look.
This is already part of the SMuFL standard, since version 1.4.
