This sentence "Content needs to be properly designed and coded so that it can be controlled by voice." is in the What Is..." section and is not really appropriate here since coding is not part of what voice recognition is. Suggest that it be moved or omitted.

Agreed. May move it to "what needs to happen section" depending on flow.
