clear-site-data and reliability

I wonder if this would need some acknowledgement header sent back by the client to clarify that the response with the clear-site-data header was received.

But then of course that ack-message could get lost which makes me wonder if the clear-site-data header really is something I'd want to rely on for the sketched super-secret-page examples in the specs.
