Request for Substrate Macros Tutorial

Substrate is a beautiful piece of art. It truly is a game changing project that will make blockchain development fun, fast, and modular. The thing is, the extensive use of macros and traits make it hard to read for people who are not deeply steeped in Rust. I feel like a tutorial that explained the Rust side of Substrate (macros, traits, etc...) would help more people go from being Substrate curious to Substrate developers.

This is not an offering to build such a tutorial, but merely a request/suggestion that someone else does. If the Web3 community agrees that this would be valuable, please stake a bounty to this issue. Thanks :)
