Add russian language

Thousands of russian people should translate to the english all game, maybe someone deleted game beacause of this. And how can u make a game about a country whose language do not added?

We are not able to translate to russian, but we accept pull requests with new languages. If you would like to help, please clone the repository, copy the english language files as russian, and translate. Then create pull request. TRANSLATE.md file also contains information about translating. Good luck!
I've done some of work, how can I create pull reqest?
I'm not sure, as I never did that myself. There is a tab on top labeled 'Pull requests' with apropriate button.
