Event Error in Mission 8 (Airport Pt. 1)

There is a message in Mission 8 that pops up regarding clearing tanks and finding documents in the airport.

This message pops up when the opponent builds a helicopter at the airport, rather than when the player builds a helicopter at the airport. It seems that should change to be on the player's helicopter, and maybe mission failure might trigger if the opponent builds a helicopter, or something.
