Using fq 0.7.0 (linux amd64) (Arch Linux, installed extra/fq 0.7.0-1 by pacman), I think there's no support for BMP/DIB format currently.

Hey! Something you would like to help out with? I think i might have a start or bmp decoder somewhere and if i remember correctly part of avi uses some bmp structures too that could be sharew
