📣 Call for more co-organizers

We're looking for more co-organizers! Each co-organizer will be responsible setup/teardown during the event (6–10pm on the day of the event). Below are the specific roles we're looking to fill. One person can take multiple roles if they're willing as well.

✅	A/V person	Setting up and tearing down our A/V system for each event.	None
✅	Check-in person	Doing check-ins at the door during the event.	None
✅	Vendor coordinator	Booking the venue, ordering doughnuts for the event, ordering more stickers and pins and printing more name tags when we run out.	1h
✅	Promotion coordinator	Setting up our Tito page and Facebook event for each event, tweeting to promote our events, and sending out email reminders via Tito.	1h
❌	Finance manager	Looking through our costs and revenues and closing out the books for each month, so we can donate our proceeds	2h
