[MITOSIS MODIFIER] Softlock in 0-2: The Meatgrinder

For whatever reason, the first arena that locks you in a room does not progress once you've killed the required number of enemies. Disabling the Mitosis Modifier fixes this issue, though I'm unsure why this happens in the first place.

Update: This might be the issue why, something about SM being alive may be forcing the door to stay shut

Though even if you kill it (With or without Cheats), the door doesn't open, so this still stands as a Softlock.

The rest of the level works as intended.

Closing issue, was using old version of mod, fixed in new version
