Cmd says jar file was unable to be accessed

I tried double clicking the file and it just immediately closes. I then ran the prompt and it says that the .jar file was unable to be accessed. I have java 8 from oracle so im not sure what to do.

Move it to another directory/Make sure your CMD working directory is in the same directory as the jar file

I moved it and it still does the same thing

Take note of the second point, change your working directory first
