Plugin won't load in Xcode 14 beta 5(works with Xcode 14 beta 4)

Today Apple releases Xcode 14 beta 5, and I find I can't install the plugin with Xcode beta 5. I've tested the plugin with Xcode 13.4.1, Xcode 14 beta 4 and Xcode 14 beta 5 several times, and the result is that only Xcode 14 beta 5 won't show load bundle's dialog after installation(No error hint). I've tried this several times and get the same behavior.

By the way, I find that sometimes the SwiftFormat plugin will disappear from the menu after install this plugin.

Still exist in Xcode 14 beta 6

Still exist in Xcode 14 public version.

still exist in stable version though ... but using clone version
