SAM could have decoy emitters to trick HARM in to homing in to the wrong radar

The Gazetchik Decoy could be used for that provided by the HighDigitSAMs pack, however it is not finished yet.

It is worth to note that aside from active decoys, passive reflectors were also used to create a field like effects, thus reducing the HARM accuracy.
