New S-300PS Models not fully supported.

With the addition of the Tin Shield and Flap Lid-B (truck mounted) to the default S-300PS, we no longer have working SA-10's in certain configurations. After extensive testing, I was able to get it working in DCS.

Under S-300 Search Radars, add the following to the end:

		['S-300PS 40B6MD sr_19J6'] = {
				['name'] = {
					['NATO'] = 'Tin Shield',
				},
			},

Under S-300 Track Radars, add the following to the end:

			['S-300PS 5H63C 30H6_tr'] = {
			}

From my testing, all the rest of the S-300's files should be able to remain the same.
