configure label sizes

Hi,
I'd like to know if it is possible to support different label sizes (A4, A5, Thermo)? I would add the feature myself, but I couldn't find the API documentation, so I don't even know if it possible. This would be great because right now I can't print the labels returned.

Hi,

you can find the reference at https://entwickler.dhl.de/group/ep/webservices/intraship/entwicklung-und-test/version-1.8/io-referenz - however, you need to register and fill out a form.
Unfortunately, label sizes cannot be changed via the API (we recently had the same problem). Instead, it is a per-user setting within the Intraship portal. You can set "Print labels" and "Use label printers" there to switch from A4 to A5. About Thermo, I don't know, but the Intraship support hotline seems to be quite helpful.

I searched around a bit and it doesn't seem to be possible to get the labels in the format I need from intraship. I settled with resizing the pdf which is delivered so it fits my printer size. Not perfect, but it works.
