See if routine, focused exercise helps

Could help whether it's physical or mental. Work out regularly for 30, maybe 60 days.
I joined a local fitness club. I'm going every other day. On day one I worked out for 22 minutes. Day two, 30 minutes. Day three, 30 minutes. Each time I have increased the intensity of the workout. I worried that they'd leave me absolutely exhausted, as physical labor has for many weeks now, but they do not. Conclusion: the problem isn't physical labor, it's heat/humidity.
To the mental-health point, I do not listen to podcasts and do not watch TV while exercising, but only listen to music.
I've completed two weeks of this. I do not feel any better, but it's nice getting exercise I suppose.
I missed today, due to illness, but I have otherwise continued doing this every-other-day all week. I intend to continue.
I got back to exercising today.
