Bug: UI bugs in three-column mode

The following bugs need to be fixed:

  1. The scroll bar in the editor overlaps the drop-down menu

  2. There is no scroll bar in the Debug info window

  3. When you turn on the three-column mode and switch to mobile resolution, the third column remains, but it is not visible. It is necessary to completely hide the third column in the mobile version
