Include an image

I'd very much like to be able to save an image along with the rest of the data used to create the card, preferably saved as an attachment so that it will be used as the card cover. Also, the image needs to be selectable - something like the way the button for Google Shortlists works.
Thumbed up, this plugin is almost perfect for our QA team but lacks the screenshot ability which is essential to issue tracking.
