steps to reproduce

1. user logs into the page at xforce.ibmcloud.com and enters the app exchange page
2. if user then refreshes the page, you can observe all brands vanish but not Qradar and Resiliant

note: If user logs in as a guest and does not sign into an account issue will not reproduce
