he use matlab app Image laber , SO we cant use. his annotations only use for his own project

@jaffe-fly i see thank you , but i just want to know that if this dataset ( FiSimo ) is enough for detecting fire in CCTV cameras ? since CCTV images are low quality images

i use darknet YOLOv3 for training.
