Flutter cannot find , include ':pcf-core'

Hi ,
How can import pcf-core library correctly ?
I have tried com.minhui.vpn from https://github.com/huolizhuminh/NetWorkPacketCapture
but it seems need a tricky step for works with flutter ,
Can you give some advice ?
