Evaluation Error: "Local variable 'iouPrecision' referenced before assignment"

After properly generating bo.json by running test_net.py script for ic_15 dataset & putting it in ic15_evaluate, when I run the script python2 eval_ic15.py, it gives this error.
What may be a reason for this? And how to fix?
