How would you use the template for a Master Thesis?

Hi, I am very interested in using the template for my Master Thesis. However, I am not able how I should proceed after having changed my faculty to Science and my department to Chemistry, because when I try to remove the phddegree option in the class definition, I get an error. Thank you!

Assuming that you are a KU Leuven student, I would recommend the excellent master thesis template from the faculty of engineering: https://eng.kuleuven.be/docs/kulemt
It's probably easier to change that to faculty of science than this template (e.g. page sizes differ, different cover, ...). Or
