Can the adsphd be adapted for other universities?

I would like to use this template for my dissertation, as we do not have one in my university. Can I adapt your template and use it? I am a doctoral student in Colombia.

Sure, go ahead. We use the latex license. Just refer back to the source, thus this template. Obviously this does not entail any KU Leuven copyrighted assets (eg logos) but you’d change those anyway.
