Most of the implementation is already completed. Just need to do more testing, update docs and new version will be released.

You're welcome, I've just published v1.1 of all the packages to the NuGet. The only remaining thing is to update the docs, but I'll get it done soon. For now, just please take a look at the code examples - there's an optional TimeSpan parameter named interval that can be used for configuration while adding a watcher.
