Tapping the "manage JSON Dictionaries" button doesn't do anything.

Yeah I have no idea why it doesn't work, maybe some weird permissions thing, I didn't test it on mobile yet. I'll get around to it eventually.

Okay, the JSON dictionary manager works now (0.3.2). It’s still scaled wrong but that’ll be fixed in the next release (0.3.3 or 0.4.0).
