Calculate Social Score with existing Meta Tags

Social Optimizer Sidebar shows Social Score as Zero, when not explicitly entering input detail for Tags. Generally website uses SEO plugin like Yoast and post have these Meta Tags.
Recommended to calculate SEO score from already existing Tags when not explicitly entered:
- Open Graph Image: From SEO plugin
- Open Graph Title: From SEO plugin
- Open Graph Description: From SEO plugin
- Custom Tweet: Include option to take Open Graph Description as text and Tags and Categories as Hashtag
- Pinterest Image: Use Featured image, this may not always meet ideal aspect ratio requirement of 3:2
- Pinterest Description: Use Open Graph Description from SEO plugin
