Multiple reports of the image upload and Pinterest upload buttons missing. Not confirmed but it may coincide with the WP 6.3 update. So far unable to duplicate on test sites.

Multiple confirmations that this is a conflict while using Elementor and disabling the Elementor plugin(s) brings back the missing elements.
