Add Portuguese, Italian, Turkish translations

The next 3 languages in popularity are Portuguese, Italian, Turkish.
We’d need some support for this
warmshowers.org is translated into them (plus many more). Maybe we can motivate these translators to spend some time on this project. Maybe provide them with an easy way to do so (a website? - no idea/experience what is around).
Transifex and POEditor both offer free accounts for OSS—we’d just have to apply for such an account. I’ve used both in the past and liked either.
I could translate into Italian and would like to do it!

I currently do not have the right permissions on the Warmshowers organization here on Github to add the integration for POEditor or Transifex. Therefore, for now I propose that you, @jakobhanna, copy app/src/{main,floss,google}/res/values/strings.xml into app/src/{main,floss,google}/res/values-it/strings.xml and then just directly translate those files.
The lines with translatable="false" should be removed from your values-it/strings.xml.
Some strings contain parts that look like %1$s. Those are placeholders and must be present in your translation, too.
Finally, add those files to git and open a PR.
