Add support for `.terraform-version` file

Right now, the tfswitch tool uses files which by their name are specifically for tfswitch. This is great. However, it would be also great if tfswitch supported the .terraform-version file which can be used with the tfenv tool: https://github.com/tfutils/tfenv#terraform-version-file
That's it. That's the Issue.
