Blurness with "Zero" radius

Hey there, i'm using this repository from some days and it works fine but it seems not working when blurness radius is 0, is there any solution for this?(it will also improve this repository with one more specification)

So, I have already solved this issue by setting the original bitmap when the blurness radius is 0, otherwise, I have used a filtered bitmap.
